  1. What is Joget Cloud On-Demand?

    Joget Cloud On-Demand is a subscription based service that offers Joget Enterprise Edition to small businesses on the Cloud.

    It is an application platform as a service (aPaaS) that allows users to create their own workflow apps or database driven apps with or without programming knowledge. Alternatively, they can make use of the ready made simple apps such as employee self service portal, expenses, invoicing, etc. for their own use, or as template to build new ones. [Top]

  2. What is Joget?

    Joget is an commercial open source platform to easily build enterprise web apps and automate processes. The Community Edition is fully open source and free to use, distribute or modify according to the GPL license.

  3. How many APPS or Workflows can I build when subscribed to Joget Cloud On-Demand?

    For the Standard package, it will be a 20-Apps limit, and for the Starter package, it will be a 10-Apps limit.  [Top]

  4. Can I integrate my apps on Joget Cloud On-Demand to other system with LDAP or Active Directory?

    Technically, you will be able to integrate with LDAP or Active Directory, but you will have to expose your LDAP and AD to the Internet and it is not advisable or practical from a security and performance standpoint.

    If you need this type of integration, we would strongly advise that you set up Joget Enterprise on a private cloud or on-premise. [Top]

  5. How do I upgrade my Joget Cloud On-Demand subscription?

    If you would like to upgrade your Joget Cloud On-Demand subscription, click on the Upgrade Subscription button in the General Settings page of your site. [Top]

  10. What are the default apps that come with each Joget Cloud On-Demand instance?

    Each instance of Joget Cloud On-Demand comes with 5 apps by default. They are Customer Relationship app, Employee Services Portal app, Expenses Claim app, Internal Service app and Showcase app. [Top]

  11. Which edition of Joget Cloud is running on the Joget Cloud On-Demand instance?

    Joget Cloud On-Demand instance is always running the latest stable release of the Enterprise Edition. [Top]

  12. How do I cancel my Joget Cloud On-Demand subscription?
    If your subscription is managed via Stripe, please visit this link. Submit using the email address that you used to sign up for the subscription, and you should be able to cancel the subscription from there.
    If your subscription is managed via PayPal, you will need to log in to your PayPal account. Navigate to your "My preapproved payments" page. Under "Merchant" column select and click on the relevant merchant. In the merchant billing page, select "Cancel" to cancel the subscription profile.

    Please ensure that you have backup or exported your apps before cancelling. [Top]

  13. How do I increase my storage space?
    To increase your storage space, please increase the subscribed user number to match your storage requirements. [Top]

  14. Where can I get Community Support?
    Please proceed to the Community Q&A for Joget Cloud On-Demand Support. You will need to register an account in the Community site to post your support questions. [Top]

  15. Where can I get Enterprise Support with SLA?
    If you are a Joget Cloud On-Demand "Standard" package subscriber, a dedicated support account will be created for you. You will be able to access an online system to report and track your issues. Please refer to SLA for details.[Top]

  16. Can I pay annually for Joget Cloud On-Demand?
    Yes, annual payment is available. [Top]

  17. How can I get a billing statement of my Joget Cloud On-Demand subscription?
    For now, all billing statement will be track in your Stripe Account. Please login to your Stripe account and access the report area to generate your billing statement. [Top]

  18. What are Copy-Protected Apps?
    Copy-protected apps are apps that are developed on Joget Cloud Enterprise and protected against unauthorized copying or unlicensed use. The owner of the apps can sign and lock the app to be used only under the owner's activated license. More info. [Top]

    Yes, SSL or Secure Socket Layer is fully supported by default on all the Joget Cloud On-Demand sites. [Top]

  23. How is subscription payment made?
    Joget Cloud On-Demand uses Stripe to handle all our payment transactions and subscriptions. You will require a Stripe account to subscribe. [Top]

  24. How do I migrate my Joget Cloud On-Demand site data to On-Premise?
    After you have set up your Joget Cloud On-Premise server, you can send in an email to request for "Joget Cloud Data Migration Service" and give consent to the Joget Team to copy and zip all your data to be emailed (or transferred electronically) to you. [Top]
